Cancellation Policy

New clients are required to make a 50% deposit to book their first appointment, the deposit will be removed after the first 3 appointments, as a relationship would've been established. Cancelations need to be made 48 hours ahead of time so that the timeslot can be filled with another client. Repeat offenders of cancelling in less than 48 hours will need to make a deposit for future appointments.
